"I ordered from milligram.com because the product..."
I ordered from milligram.com because the product page made it sound like it was exactly what I needed, but when it arrived, it was different from what was listed. The size and some of the features didn’t match, so you end up with something that’s basically useless for what you bought it for. I reached out to customer support, but they didn’t really help much and just referred back to the listing. It’s frustrating when you’re relying on the product info to make a decision...

"Great selection, but my wallet isn’t thrilled"
They’ve got a really nice range of stationery to pick from, honestly. I found loads of cute stuff, but it is a bit pricey though, so I’m blaming them for making it too tempting.

"Clean and calm, but a little too plain"
Milligram has a really clean look, and I liked the calm colors right away. It gives off that simple stationery shop vibe, and the product photos are nice enough. That said, some parts of the site felt a bit too plain to me, almost like compared to other shops that have more... well, it just could use a little more going on. A few pages looked kind of empty, and I had to click around more than I expected to find what I wanted. Overall, it’s not bad at all and it works fine, but I think it could use a bit more personality.

"The surprise customs fees were so frustrating"
I was really disappointed when my order arrived and I suddenly had to pay extra duties. It completely ruined the experience for me, and I felt caught off guard. I don’t think I’d order again after that.

"Nice personalised notebook, just a little slow"
I ordered a notebook from milligram.com with my initials on it, and I’m happy with how it turned out. The personalisation looks neat and clean, and it was basically exactly what I asked for, so no complaints there haha.
The only thing was that it took a bit longer than I’d expected, and the preview while ordering wasn’t the clearest. Still a good experience overall, I just think the process could be a little smoother.

I noticed quickly that the brand selection is kind of limited. I was scrolling through expecting a few more familiar names, but after checking category by category, it felt like the same small handful kept showing up. Not a huge deal, but if you’re picky about specific brands like I am, it’s definitely something you’ll notice

"Pretty disappointing store visit"
I’m not sure if anyone else has had the same experience, but my visit was frustrating. I felt ignored by the staff for way too long, the shelves were a mess, and then checkout took forever on top of it. Maybe it was just a bad day there, but based on that visit, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

"Good updates on my order"
I ordered from milligram.com and the updates were decent. The confirmation email came through quickly, and I got another message once my order had been packed, which was reassuring.

The tracking did take a little while to actually show anything, and that was kind of frustrating at first, but to be fair, they still kept me updated enough that I wasn’t sitting there wondering if something had gone wrong.

Everything arrived fine in the end, so no real complaints. I’d order from them again, though it would be nice if the tracking kicked in a bit faster.

"Some emails are useful, some are promo junk"
I do like Milligram overall, and every now and then their emails are actually handy, especially when they’re showing stationery I’d genuinely use or a sale that’s worth checking out.
But some of the emails are just random promo clutter, like annoying little inbox squatters I didn’t ask for, so I delete them fast. Not awful, but they’d be way better if they paid more attention to what I’ve bought before.

"Some of the items actually feel really good…"
Some of the items actually feel really good and were pleasant to use, so credit where it's due. A few of the pens, though, were average for the price. I was kind of expecting a bit more, but maybe that's just me being unreasonable for wanting pens to feel worth what they cost

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I was just trying to buy a notebook, which should’ve taken maybe a couple minutes, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my shipping info. Then my cart randomly emptied, so I had to go back and add everything again. After that, the payment page threw some random error with zero explanation. I spent about 20 minutes on it before giving up. The worst part is when companies respond to stuff like this with those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies that don’t actually fix anything. Super annoying for such a simple order.

"Felt a bit underwhelming for a gift"
I ordered something from milligram.com as a gift, and I’ll be honest, I felt a bit pressured to find something nice quickly, so I went with them thinking it would feel a little more special when it arrived.
Unfortunately, the packaging was plain and the whole thing gave off a last-minute vibe, even though it wasn’t cheap. I probably wouldn’t order from them again for a gift, but maybe just for something for myself.

"Nice products, but the return was a hassle"
I ordered a notebook and pen from Milligram, and while the pen was nice, the notebook wasn’t quite what I had in mind. Returning it ended up feeling slower than it probably needed to be. The refund took a while to come through, and I had to chase it up once, which was annoying. Customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t terrible, but the whole process felt a bit clunky. I kind of wonder if their returns system just isn’t as organized as it should be. I’d still say the products are good, but the return experience could definitely use some work

"Arrived fine, but the packaging felt a little cheap"
The order showed up okay and nothing was damaged, so I can’t complain too much. The box did have a few dents, though, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. I reached out and support basically said something like, “As long as the item arrived safely, the packaging did its job,” which I get, but for the price I expected it to feel a bit more carefully packed. Overall it arrived fine, just not the most reassuring packaging.

I was able to use the site without any real issues, but it did feel a little clunky at times. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, so if you’re using it, I’d say just be a bit patient and give things a moment to catch up. It gets the job done, but a smoother experience would definitely make it nicer

"Rewards feel underwhelming lately"
The rewards program has been kind of a letdown. The points take way too long to show up, and half the time they finally appear right when I don’t even need them anymore. With the timing being that bad and the rewards not feeling worth much, it just doesn’t feel as useful as it used to...

"Customer service was way too slow"
I tried reaching out to support twice about my order and didn’t hear anything for days. Maybe I’m quick to judge, but my immediate reaction was that they just weren’t on top of things. When they finally did reply, it was vague and didn’t really help. Frustrating overall, and I probably won’t order again unless they get this sorted.

"Colour wasn’t what I expected..."
I ordered a notebook mostly because I really liked the colour in the photos, but when it arrived... it was different. It looked a lot brighter online than it does in real life. The quality seems okay, so it’s not a total loss, but I’m a bit annoyed since the colour was the main reason I picked it.

"Weeks Later and Still Nothing"
I waited weeks for this package and it still hasn’t shown up. Like, how long am I supposed to sit around hoping it magically appears? No real updates, no delivery, just a whole lot of waiting for nothing. i’m over it. Definitely not ordering from here again

I went in hoping to grab the things I needed, but once again, everything I wanted was out of stock. It’s frustrating, and at some point it feels unfair to customers to keep advertising or carrying items they can’t seem to keep available
